Have you wondered what's going on at NE 122nd & Halsey?

According to city records, the property has been purchased by Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette. In an attachment to the request for a Demolition Permit, Goodwill indicates they plan to build a new 22,000 sq ft building for a Goodwill store.  They would like to build at least three additional commercial buildings on the site as tenants become available.  No building permits have been issued yet.
