David Hampsten

Originally from North Dakota, I moved to Portland in 1997 and to Hazelwood in 2007. With degrees in geography and planning, I have been active in community-building for over 20 years, most recently as the East Portland Action Plan rep to the PBOT Budget Advisory Committee. I never learned to drive, so I get around entirely by bike, walking, or transit.
